- REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds are generally handled by our merchant of record on a case-by-case basis and are discretionary. Refunds may be refused in cases of fraud or abuse.
- RIGHT TO CANCEL (14-DAY PERIOD)
Consumers in applicable jurisdictions typically have a 14-day right to cancel and receive a full refund from the date of purchase.
- SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
- Subscriptions automatically renew each month
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing notice
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- Unused portions of subscription periods are non-refundable
- DELIVERY FAILURES
If you experience delivery failures caused by technical issues (such as not receiving your license key), the merchant of record may issue a replacement or a refund at their discretion.

- The merchant of record will review your request on a case-by-case basis
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method without fees
- SALES TAX REFUNDS
Sales tax refunds may be available to registered businesses if:
- Legally permitted in your jurisdiction
- Requested within 60 days of purchase
- Supported by a valid tax identification number
